Watts
Displays the current workload settings of the ergometer when using an ergometer protocol. Watts is displayed from
0 to 999.
NOTE: if using an Ergoline ergometer without NIBP, set the ergometer selection to 800. If using an
ergometer with NIBP capability, set the ergometer selection to 900S.
NOTE: If the ergometer is off and a printout is made, dashes will print next to watts.
Patient Name
Displays as first name followed by last name.
Heart Rate, % of Target HR, and Max HR to be obtained
Calculates and displays HR derived from two rhythm leads (lead II and V1) and using a sliding average of 16
consecutive R to R intervals. Percent of target HR achieved is based on patient’s age and is a percent of maximum
predicted HR using the calculation of 220 minus the patient’s age. Target HR may also be calculated at 210 minus
age or 210 minus (0.65 x age), or calculated from a range of 75% to 100% in increments of 5%. Clinicians can also
manually calculate the target HR and enter the value they would like the patient to obtain.
ST Level
Displays ST value for the on-screen average complexes in microvolt’s (mm). When Begin is selected, X-Scribe
will acquire and analyze the incoming ECG data to develop the dominant beat template. ST Learn displays during
this process and is replaced by the measured ST level when the dominant template is established.
ST Profile
Displays ST value for the on-screen average in a graph format. When Begin is selected, X-Scribe will acquire and
analyze the incoming ECG data to develop the current ST level at the beginning of the procedure. The graph
displays the current ST level in black and the reference level in green.
Blood Pressure Display
Displays last entered or acquired BP reading. When value is updated, background display will turn yellow and an
audible beep will sound. Once value is displayed on screen, it will be maintained along with a timestamp as to
when it was last acquired. Value will not change until next manual or automatic entry
NOTE: The values for a new
BP measurement should be entered using the BP or F3 key only. Users may
edit the existing value for the last BP measurement displayed by placing the cursor in the BP display field,
clicking the right mouse key, and changing the value. When BP values are edited, the existing values for
the measurement are erased and overwritten in the system and summary reports.
