Fault code Description Solution
AC ISOLATION
Outlet voltage isolation is
compromised.
Primary functions disabled.
1. Set the twist-lock circuit
breakers to
OFF
.
2. Set the main circuit breaker
to
OFF
.
3. Turn the Control knob to
STANDBY
.
4. Remove any ground fault, for
example, line to ground or
chassis shorts.
OBC FAULT
Internal fault preventing level
2 charging.
1. Unplug EVSE from the unit.
2. Shut down the unit for 30
seconds.
3. Re-insert charging
connection.
Contact Moxion Power if the fault
persists.
VOLTAGE
MISMATCH:
Turn Control
knob to STANDBY
to adjust
voltage
Voltage mode was changed
while the unit was in
RUN
.
1. Turn the control knob to
STANDBY
.
2. Confirm the new voltage by
pressing Switch 1.
3. Turn the control knob back to
RUN
to re-enable the unit.
