2.2 Loosen the end nuts.
2.3 With the engagement bar closed, squeeze the cam to the
engagement block. This will push the threaded bar out to the
necessary adjustment point:
2.4 While squeezing the cam to the block, wind the adjustment nut
down loosely finger tight, then lock the locking nut in place.
