3.SITE SURVEY MODE
• General
This chapter explains the Site Survey Mode of MH240. When the phone is in this mode, the
maintenance personnel can measure the Received Signal Strength Indicator (RSSI). This feature is
useful for designing Access Point (AP) installation. The following 3 modes are available.
Debug Monitor Mode
You can monitor the current RSSI, Basic Service Set Identifier (BSSID) of the associated AP,
Packet Count and Error Count on MH240 during standby or talking.
AP Scan Mode
You can scan the receiving signal from APs of specified channel on MH240. And, you can
monitor each Extended Service Set Identifier (ESSID), BSSID, Channel, RSSI and Security
of detected APs.
QoS Monitor Mode
You can monitor the Lost Packet, Codec and Payload during talking.
