Program 20-02-03 and Program 20-
13-06 set the conditions under which
a Hotline, Reverse Voice Over or
DSS Console key indicates that an
extension is busy. With condition 1 in
the following chart, the BLF LED is
on only when both extension line
appearances are busy. In conditions
2~4, the BLF LED is on when one
line appearance is busy.
