FTP Server Functions
Error Message Cause Remedial action
The file cannot be opened. – Check to see if the file actually
exists.
Could not make the file. – Check the size of available disk
drive space and folder attributes
then retry.
The file cannot be deleted. – Check to see if the file is not
read-only or if it is not used by
another application.
The folder cannot be opened. – Check to see if the folder actually
exists.
Some data is invalid. Some of the input data is
invalid.
Check the range, value, etc. and
then enter the data.
This file cannot be opened
because the other application is
using.
–Retry.
Some data could not be read. – Retry.

Cannot add more Connection
Account.
The number of uses has
reached the maximum limit.
Delete existing users and then
add additional users.
The Password is invalid. Invalid characters are used in
the password.
Check the valid character set and
then enter the password again.
The Folder Name is invalid. Invalid characters are used in
the folder name.
Check the valid character set and
then enter the folder name again.
The User Name is invalid. Invalid characters are used in
the user name.
Check the valid character set and
then enter the user name again.
