This equipment is a nonfunctional part designed to be
connected to a LDS series Laser Diode Sensor supplied by
NEWPORT.
The equipment composed of the sensor, the connection cable
and the LDS1000 electronic controller, identified with the “ ”
mark, meets all the necessary requirements of:
• The European Directive 89/336/EEC, concerning Electro-
Magnetic Compatibility.
