12. After uploading, the success message will be displayed as shown below:
If any existing User ID is the same as the uploaded User ID, then the existing user details
will be replaced by the newly uploaded user details.
5.3.2 Download User Data from Device to USB Drive
If you need to download all the user details, perform the following steps:
1. Go to [Users] and navigate to [Download Users].
