Connecting an external contact, see Electrical con-
nections - External contacts, for example, a room ther-
mostat (RT10, accessory) or a timer allows you to
temporarily or periodically raise or lower the room tem-
perature. When the external contact is made, the heat-
ing curve 2 offset is changed by the number of steps
chosen. The value is adjustable between -10 and +10.
