Optimum RF
power level
The optimum RF power depends on several factors, one of which is the selected
wavelength. Figure 26 illustrates how the optimum RF power level for a typical visible
AOTF system varies as a function of wavelength. The shape of the curve in Figure 26,
depends on the components used and the RF cabling used between them.

Remapping
the Optimum
RF level
Since your SELECT system RF level is already optimally mapped at the NKT Photonics
factory, the following procedure is not necessary unless the original hardware has been
swapped-out.
