CONTROL overview
Status Panel
The Status Panel contains status indicators, error messages, an emission control
button, and a CONTROL settings menu.

Status Indicators The panel displays the following indicators:
VIS/NIR output shutter
Indicates the position of the mechanical shutter for the VIS/NIR output shutter.
The shutter is either in the closed or open position.
• ON Green – the VIS/NIR output shutter is in the open position, laser emission
can pass through the aperture.
• OFF Grey – the VIS/NIR output shutter is in the closed position, emission is
blocked.
NIR/IR output shutter
Indicates the position of the mechanical shutter for the NIR/IR output shutter. The
shutter is either in the closed or open position.
• ON Green – the NIR/IR output shutter is in the open position, laser emission
can pass through the aperture.
• OFF Grey – the NIR/IR output shutter is in the closed position, laser emission
is blocked.
