If powder is escaping because the afterfilter fan isn't running, first, verify that the E-Stop hasn't been activated and reset it if needed. Check the final filters for clogs; if the pressure across them hits 3 in. w.c., the fan shuts off automatically. Inspect the cartridge filter media and gaskets for leaks, replacing any damaged filters. Also, inspect the fan motor control circuits, ensure the motor overload is correctly set, and check for obstructions. Examine the fuses and replace them if necessary. If none of these steps work, consider replacing the fan motor.
