Chapter 3 Installation and Connection
VISERA XENON LIGHT SOURCE CLV-S40
Connection to a fiber scope (BF TYPE 40 series/CHF TYPE
20 series)
1. Lift the connector cover locking hook upward, then pull it toward you to
remove the connector cover (see Figure 3.10).

2. Hook the removed connector cover on the connector cover holder on the
light source’s side panel (see Figures 3.11 and 3.12). For instructions on
attaching the connector cover holder, see Section 3.1, “Installation”.
