The size of I/O data that can be allocated to a single High-speed Analog Input
Unit is restricted as below.
• Input: 2,048 bytes
• Output: 2,048 bytes
*1. When the Unit is connected to a Communications Coupler Unit, the restrictions apply to the I/O data size of
the entire slave terminal including the Communications Coupler Unit.
