Security Measures
If the Windows log-on password is set, a password input screen will be displayed when you
log-on to Windows.
To set the password, it is necessary to first create a log-on user.
To set a password after the log-on user has been created, execute step
2, and then execute
steps
6-8. (Step 1 and steps 3-5 are not required.)
1 Log-on to Windows with full administrator authority.
2 Click [start] - [Control Panel] - [User Accounts].
3 Click [Create a new account].
4 Input the account name, and then click [Next].
5 Select an account type, and then click [Create Account].
