Watching DVD Video
WinDVD is a software application for DVD playback.
Here you will find explanations and general information on precautions to take, and how to
access the online manual.

You can run WinDVD using either of the following procedures:
z Double-click the icon on the desktop
z Click [start] - [All Programs] - [InterVideo WinDVD] - [InterVideo WinDVD]
Do not start WinDVD under the following conditions:
z While the hard disk drive indicator is blinking immediately after the computer is turned
on.
While WinDVD is running, do not perform the following:
z Entering the standby or hibernation mode
z Switching the display by pressing the
Fn
+
F3
key
If performing the operations described above, shut down WinDVD, then restart.
During video playback, do not perform the following:
z Ejecting the disk
z Using other applications or the Command Prompt
z Changing the settings of the screen properties
If performing the operations described above, shut down WinDVD, then restart.
