6. Interlock Safety Circuit
This safety circuit turns OFF the +24 VDC and +5 VDC supply voltages when the Printer Cover is
opened. When the Printer Cover is opened, the microswitch(es) on the ILS PC Board are de-actuated,
turning OFF +24 VDC to the Printer Motor Drive Circuit, the HVPS, the Paper Feed Solenoid Circuits,
the Clutch Drive Circuit, and the Laser Driver Circuit on the Laser Unit.
