(1) Pull the Developer Release Lever (3823) out and
turn it clockwise, then turn it counter-clockwise to
reset.
(2) Ensure that the Developer unit is installed
properly by checking 2 Guide Pins are in the
right side of the oval holes.

1. Check all connectors and
voltages on the HVPS.
2. Replace the HVPS.
