8.22.2. Installation
CAUTION!
Turn the Power Switch on the Left Side and the Main Power Switch on the Back of the
machine to the OFF position, and then unplug the AC Power Cord before beginning
installation.

(1) Open the 4 Handle Covers and swing the
Handles upward then pullout to lock them in
place.
Note:
To release the handles, lift the release latch
upwards and push the handles toward the
machine.
(2) Lift and place the machine on the System
Console (DA-DS601/DS602) aligning with
3 Guide-Pins.
Caution:
The machine weights approximately 290 lb
(131.5 kg) with the i-ADF pre-installed. To prevent
injuries, use the appropriate number of personnel
and the proper equipment to lift or move the
machine.
(3) Secure with 1 Screw (XTB3+6F) on the left.
