Chapter 1
Introduction
The HandiLaz® Mini is a handheld, 3-channel, airborne-particle counter
designed for speedy assessment of microcontamination levels in cleanrooms
and other controlled environments. Its molded chassis is designed for ease of
handling and cleaning. It can be powered either from a direct AC source, or
from four internal NiMH batteries that can be recharged.
The HandiLaz Mini is ergonomically designed to fit in the palm of your hand.
The Mini is rugged and dependable, providing tremendous value for cost-
conscious users who want a reliable, easy-to-use, handheld particle counter.
