Troubleshooting Data Download
• Error Message: “RS232c communications error!” -- Verify the cable is
properly connected, the handheld unit is set for UPLINK, and the PC Link
software is connected to the same Address number as the ID number in the
unit.
• Error Message: “No Data!” -- Ensure that the time period settings (i.e, from
“Start Time” to “Stop Time”) are set widely enough to include the time at
which the samples of interest were taken. If you do change the time range,
you must click “Data List” afterward to reset the list of data records to be
displayed.
