Chapter 3
Measure Mode Settings
This chapter describes the menu items on the MEASURE MODE screen.
REPEAT
Use this sampling mode to take a series of samples from the same
location.
SINGLE
Use this sampling mode to take a single sample from a location.
CONT (i.e., Continuous)
Use this sampling mode to continuously sample
until the operator stops the HandiLaz Mini by pressing the
START/STOP
key.
CALC (i.e., Calculate)
Use this sampling mode to take a preset number of
samples, then calculate the Average, Standard Deviation, Minimum, and
Maximum values for each size channel.
REMOTE
This mode is not supported.
ISO
Use this mode to sample and perform ISO calculations. Because of the
greater time required to sample in ultraclean rooms, this 0.1 CFM sample flow
instrument is the most time-efficient in certifying rooms of ISO Class 5 through
8. The ISO measurement mode considers 0.5 and 5.0 µm particles only.
Using REPEAT Sampling Mode
Use this sampling mode when several sequential samples are needed from the
same location.
To open the REPEAT sampling mode:

Use either arrow key to navigate to MEASURE MODE on the main menu.

Press the
ENTER
key.
The <MEASURE MODE> menu will open.

Use either arrow key to navigate to REPEAT.
