If necessary, use the up or down key to navigate to the ALARM menu item and
then press the
ENTER
key.
The ALARM edit display will open.
About Scientific Notation: The notation of 7.00+7 is another way expressing
7.00 times 10 to the 7th power, or 70,000,000.

Press the
ENTER
key as needed to navigate to the value to be edited.

Press the up ▲ or down ▼ key to change the value as desired.

When all the values have been set, press the
PREV
key to exit the ALARM
display.
During sampling, when the particle count exceeds the user-set maximum
concentration or count, the label for the particle size on the display will begin to
blink.
Setting UNITS
Particle data can be displayed and stored in the following units:
Changing the units effects only the sample data collected after the change of
units. Data that has already been collected and stored can not be changed.
To change the units in which data is displayed and saved:

Navigate to OPTIONS on the main menu.

Press the
ENTER
key. The OPTIONS menu will open.

Navigate to UNITS, and press the
ENTER
key.
The UNITS display will open.

Press the up ▲ or down ▼ key to toggle through the available units settings.

When the desired units setting is displayed, press the
PREV
key to exit the
UNITS SETUP display.
