Use the four-way controller (45) to select O (On) or P
(Off) for [Histogram].

Use the four-way controller (3) to select [Bright/Dark
area].

Press the 3 button twice.
The camera is ready to take a picture.
You can set whether or not to display the grid and AF frame during Live
View. Neither is displayed by default.

Select [Live View] in the [Q Playback] menu.
