Switch off the machine!
Risk of injury due to accidental
machine start-up!
 Fresh grease should be applied to all bev-
el gears once a year.
 Tilt back the machine sewing head and
let it rest on the sewing head support.
 To return the machine sewing head to
its upright position, press the anti-tipping
device 1 backwards and return the ma-
chine sewing head to its upright position
using both hands!
Return the machine sewing
head to its upright position us-
ing both hands!
Risk of injury from crushing be-
tween the machine sewing
head and the table top!
We recommend
PFAFF sodium soap grease with a dripping point of approx. 150°C.

The oil reservoir 1 must always
have oil in it.
 Add oil through hole as needed

PFAFF thread lubricating oil
