8.4 Exposure switch
The exposure switch can be mounted on the wall, or it can be hung from the
hook provided on the column top if a protected area is within reach.
A green light flashes on the exposure button when the X-ray system is
getting ready for an exposure. The green light stops flashing and stays on
continuously when the X-ray system is ready for an exposure.
During exposure a yellow radiation warning light illuminates on the exposure
switch. It indicates that the X-ray unit is generating radiation.
