i.e. 2015 RZR 900 uses the holes marked with a 4
IMPORTANT
Tool should bottom out on the transmission input shaft
and lay flush on the crankshaft.
7. Tighten the two longer bolts into left side mounting
holes. Top first, then bottom.
8. In sequence, torque the coupler bracket fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Engine / Transmission Mounting Bolts (In Sequence):
Step 1-2 Pre-Torque 5 ft-lbs (7 Nm)
Step 1-2 45 ft-lbs (61 Nm)
Step 3-6 Pre-Torque 5 ft-lbs (7 Nm)
Step 7-10 45 ft-lbs (61 Nm)
9. Torque the rear transmission mount fastener to
specification.
TORQUE
Rear Transmission Mount Bolt:
40 ft-lbs (54 Nm)
10.Remove the clutch center distance tool.
11. Remove the spacer or support between the vehicle
frame and engine.
