27.Properly lower the vehicle.
28.Install the air box assembly.
29.Install the rear frame brace. Torque screws

to
specification. Route the transmission vent hose
across the top of the brace.
TORQUE
Rear Frame Brace Screws:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
30.Install or connect the following components to the
cargo box brace.

Ignition Coil Fastener
h
Transmission Vent
Line
g
Harness Retainers
j
Heat Shield Push
Rivets
31.Install the exhaust silencer
k
onto the exhaust pipe.
Secure with springs

32.Install the rear bumper and cargo box as an
assembly. Torque screws to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Bumper Upper Screws:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
Cargo Box to Frame / Rear Bumper Lower Screws:
8 ft-lbs (11 Nm)
33.Connect the (-) negative battery cable.
34.Reinstall the rear ROPS tube assembly. Torque
fasteners to specifications.
TORQUE
ROPS Tube Fasteners:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
Side Bolster Screws:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
35.Install the engine compartment panel and seat.
36.If transmission lubricant was drained, fill the
transmission with the specified amount of Polaris
AGL
FLUID CAPACITY
Recommended Transmission Lubricant:
AGL (PN 2878068) (Quart)
Capacity: 44 oz. (1300 ml)
