l On treadmills, removing the hood exposes high voltage components and potentially
dangerous machinery. Exercise extreme caution when you perform maintenance pro-
cedures with the hood removed.
When servicing the equipment:
l During service operations you will be very close to moving machinery and voltage
bearing components:
o
Remove jewelry (especially from ears and neck).
o
Tie up long hair.
o
Remove neck ties.
o
Do not wear loose clothing.
