Running Belt and Deck Replacement Procedure

This procedure provides instruction to replace the Running Belt and Deck on both the leg-
acy frame and the common frame configurations.

The TRM700 and TRM800 common frame deck is approximately 1” larger in length and
width than the legacy frame deck. The TRM700/800 common frame deck is not compatible
with the TRM600 common frame. However, the larger TRM700/800 common frame deck
uses the same running belt as the smaller size legacy frame deck.
There are two different running belt brands (Ammerall Beltech and Forbo) and deck com-
binations available for use on the TRM700/800 treadmills. The two belt and deck con-
figurations are not interchangeable. Only non-prewaxed decks can be used with Ammeraal
belts and only pre-waxed decks can be used with Forbo belts:
l The Ammeraal Beltech running belt is a wax infused belt and must only be used with
a non-prewaxed deck.
l The Forbo brand running belt in NOT wax infused and must only be used with a pre-
waxed deck.
