How to find part numbers
Equipment replacement part numbers are obtained from the Exploded View Diagram and
Parts List documents. The Exploded View Diagram shows a picture of the disassembled
machine parts and assigned bubble number. It is used to show how the machine is
assembled and to identify machine replacement parts and associated bubble number. The
Parts List is basically a part number look up table that uses the part bubble number to find
the Precor part number.
How to find the machine Precor part number:
l First use the machine Exploded View Diagram to identify a machine replacement part
and the associated bubble number.
l Then go to the Parts Identification List and use the part bubble number to obtain the
Precor part number.
The service manual includes copies of the equipment Exploded View Diagram and Parts
Identification List. These documents are primarily intended to be used as a quick reference
when servicing the equipment. However, the service manual may not reflect the latest equip-
ment part updates. So always refer to the equipment Exploded View Diagram and Parts
Identification List on Precor Connect to obtain the latest part information.
How to order parts (legacy and common frames)
When ordering parts for the TRM700 and TRM800 series treadmills, you will need to
provide the equipment frame type (legacy frame or common frame) to the Precor customer
service representative. The serial number does not identify the frame type.
Ways to identify the common frame
l Use the equipment manufacture date:
o
Treadmills built prior to 5/14/2019 use a legacy frame.
o
Treadmills built on or after 5/14/2019 use the new common frame.
l Visual ques to identify the common frame:
o
Check for a drive belt adjustment bolt (yes - common frame, no - ¬legacy
frame).
o
Check the shape of the end cap cover running belt adjustment bolt access hole
(oval - common frame, round - legacy frame).
