b. Then remove the extension tube hitch pin and clevis pin from the lift platform
mounting bracket. Hold the lift platform with one hand while removing the clevis
pin with the other hand. Rest the platform onto the floor. Keep the extension
tube from rotating during the removal and installation procedures. Retain part
(s) and/or fastener(s) for installation.
IMPORTANT: Mark the extension tube position on the jackscrew prior to
removal.
Make sure the extension tube jackscrew position is marked prior to removal. Also do
not rotate the extension tube during the removal and installation process which will
nullify the current lift motor calibration.
2. Common Frame configurations:
Remove the left and right lift pivot pin retainer clips (2x) and washers (2x). Retain part
(s) and/or fastener(s) for installation.
