CABLE TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLESHOOTING NCV CABLE CONNECTIONS
Nozzle control valve cable troubleshooting may require the system to be powered on and the NCV’s
disconnected. Disconnecting the NCV should result in Switch Out output to be 0 at the connection and will also
result in Nozzle Offline errors that require NCV’s to be recalibrated.
Disconnect the boom cable from the nozzle control valve. Hold the connector so that the retention clip is facing
toward the 12 o’clock position.
