NOTICE
The entrance VAK waits for a maximum of 5 s before the feedback signal from
the electrical door opener before the door opens.
→ Manual locking
Recommended for doors to be closed manually.
→ Disabled X Function deactivated
→ Active If a feedback contact from the electric door opener provides a
signal to the VAK input, all trip devices are interrupted. In addi-
tion to the current operating mode, the text display of BDE-D
indicates
‘Manually locked’
. The operating mode can be
changed at will with the BDE-D.
→ Start delay 0
Recommended for doors that have no feedback
about the operating state.
Delay time until door opens after unlocking.
0 = no delay
40 = 8 seconds delay
CAN BUS
In this menu all the units identified on the CAN BUS – such as
sensors or extended function modules – are displayed.
0 = no unit present or unit unidentified (disabled)
1 = unit installed and functional (enabled)
? = unit defective or missing
Removed units (?) must be deactivated manually with
the FPC902.
→ FEM-1 0 Extended function module FEM1

Choice between potential-free normally open contact
(NO) and normally closed contact (NC).
Basic setting: NO contact (jumper)
All FEM1 outputs can be activated with the available
configurations. Availability depends on the control
unit in use.
→ AKI 1 0 RAD: motion sensor 1 – inside
→ SI 1 0 RIC: safety sensor 1 – inside
→ AKA 1 0 RAD: motion sensor 1 – outside
→ SA 1 0 RIC: safety sensor 1 – outside
→ SL 0 AIR: safety secondary closing edge – left
→ SR 0 AIR: safety secondary closing edge – right
→ AKI 2 0 RAD: motion sensor 2 – inside
