Capsize bag
The capsize bag is inflated manually from the stern of
the boat. Two cylinders located each side of the A-frame
contain a mix of CO
2
and nitrogen, enabling a rapid
expansion rate. The purpose of two cylinders is to provide
a back-up should one fail. The bag is also fitted with
a pressure relief valve, this ensures the bag cannot be
overinflated, even if both cylinders are activated.
Camera
The camera fitted to the A-frame has an on/off button.
To switch the camera on, push the on/off button, the LED
should illuminate. To turn the camera off, repeat and the
LED should go out. The storage card can be removed from
the back box on the starboard side.
PS1 stretcher
The PS1 stretcher is stowed on the port side attached to
the A-frame using the Velcro on its stowage.
