INPut:FILTer:HPASs[:STATe] <State>
Activates an additional internal high-pass filter for RF input signals from 1 GHz to
3 GHz. This filter is used to remove the harmonics of the R&S FSW in order to mea-
sure the harmonics for a DUT, for example.
This function requires option R&S FSW-B13.
(Note: for RF input signals outside the specified range, the high-pass filter has no
effect. For signals with a frequency of approximately 4 GHz upwards, the harmonics
are suppressed sufficiently by the YIG filter.)
Parameters:
<State> ON | OFF
*RST: OFF
Usage: SCPI confirmed
Manual operation: See "High-Pass Filter 1...3 GHz" on page 57
INPut:FILTer:YIG[:STATe] <State>
This command turns the YIG-preselector on and off.
Note the special conditions and restrictions for the YIG filter described in "YIG-Prese-
lector" on page 57.
Parameters:
<State> ON | OFF | 0 | 1
*RST: 1 (0 for I/Q Analyzer, GSM, VSA and MC Group
Delay measurements)
Example:
INP:FILT:YIG OFF
Deactivates the YIG-preselector.
Manual operation: See "YIG-Preselector" on page 57
INPut:IMPedance <Impedance>
This command selects the nominal input impedance of the RF input.
75 Ω should be selected if the 50 Ω input impedance is transformed to a higher impe-
dance using a matching pad of the RAZ type (= 25 Ω in series to the input impedance
of the instrument). The power loss correction value in this case is 1.76 dB = 10 log
(75Ω/50Ω).
The command is not available for measurements with the Digital Baseband Interface
(R&S FSW-B17).
Parameters:
<Impedance> 50 | 75
*RST: 50 Ω
Example:
INP:IMP 75
