19 Error codes
The 7-segment display displays two di󰀨erent types of error code.
CompTrol Interface
The 7-segment display of the CompTrol Interface shows the error codes with an E.
Display examples:
E1, E8

Air conditioning unit
The error codes of the air conditioning units are shown without “E” on the 7-segment display.
Display example:
09 (corresponds to error code E09).
The error codes of the air conditioning units are listed
– in the Technical Manual of the relevant air conditioning unit series (see “2.5 Other
applicable documents” on page 13),
– on the S-Klima website at www.s-klima.de/unterstuetzung/fehlercode-analyse/,

Technical Manual. Program 10 is available with CompTrol Interface V4.0.3 or higher.
Error code Error Description and remedy
E0 Program selection
error
The set DIP switch combination selects a program number out-
side the permitted range.
Remedy:

Check DIP switches S1-1 to S1-4.

Reboot the system, see “Rebooting the system” on page 106.
E1 Communication
interrupted
Breakdown in communication between an indoor unit and the
CompTrol Interface.
Remedy:
–
Reboot the system, see “Rebooting the system” on page 106.
