Long-piping condition setting
▪ Purpose
Secure performance and reliability when the units are used with long piping.
▪ Concept
- Control of the compressor frequency, EEV, and valves is optimized to facilitate the circulation of refrigerant in
a long piping condition.
▪ Control specifications in detail
- In heating mode, the initial EEV opening degree increases.
The compressor frequency increase speed decreases if the low pressure is low.
(see "Main EEV control" for details on EEV control).
- In cooling mode, the initial value for target low pressure decreases to 0.7kgf/cm2,g.
(see “Compressor capacity control” for details).
- In cooling mode, EVI bypass mode turns on (see "EVI EEV control" for details).
▪ Notes
- Incorrect settings may seriously damage the system.
- Setting is unnecessary if high-head condition is set.
