Low Single-Phase Voltage Alert
This feature is based on the Trip on Single-Phase Voltage element but is not a protection
element and will not lead to any IntelliRupter fault interrupter action. Instead, it noties
the user via the Operation screen and a SCADA message that a low-voltage condition
exists on one or two phases. There is no SCADA-acknowledge functionality. The DNP
point will be active when voltage is below the alert setting for approximately one second.
The DNP point clears when voltage is above the threshold. To avoid ooding the logs and
creating a urry of SCADA alerts when voltage hovers at the threshold level, the DNP
point is not allowed more than one transition (on or off) per minute. (Setting options:
Yes or No; Default = No)
Low Single-Phase Low Voltage Threshold
This is the percentage of line-to-ground RMS phase voltage below which a Single-Phase
Voltage Alert state occurs. (Range: 5-100; Step: 1; Default: 75)
Trip on Three Phase Voltage
Specify the Yes, No (Default), or IntelliTeam SG option to congure this element. The
IntelliTeam SG setting will cause this element to only be active when the IntelliTeam
SG system is in the Ready mode.
Three-Phase Low Voltage Threshold
This is the percentage of system voltage below which a Three-Phase Trip operation
will occur. (Range: 5-100; Step: 1; Default: 75)
Three-Phase High Voltage Threshold
This is the percentage of system voltage above which a Three-Phase Trip operation
will occur. (Range: 100-200; Step: 1; Default: 120)
Current Supervised on Low Voltage
Specify the Yes or No (default) option.
Threshold Current
When the Current Supervised on Low Voltage mode is enabled, specify the value
of primary current. (Range: 10-16000; Step: 1; Default: 800) The stated maximum is for
15-kV IntelliRupter fault interrupters; 27-kV and 38-kV models are limited to 12,500 amps
maximum.
Three-Phase Time to Trip
This is the time (in seconds) the low-voltage or high-voltage threshold must be exceeded
for a trip operation to occur. (Range: 0.00-600.00, Step: 0.01, Default: 30.00)
Three-Phase Reset Time
This is the time (in seconds) voltage must be present for the Three-Phase Voltage
element to reset. (Range: 0.00-600.00; Step: 0.01; Default: 1.00)
