The Cold Load Pickup modier increases the Minimum Trip/Low Current Cutoff
values of the Time Overcurrent elements in the active prole conguration when
power is rst restored after an extended outage. The modier values start ramping up
from 100% when the outage duration exceeds the T1 – Start Applying Modier after
Outage Timer. The ramp-up reaches maximum value at the end of the T2 – Ramp to
Full Modier Value after T1 Timer. When power is restored and all poles are closed,
the modier begins ramping down when the T3 – Start Ramping Modier Down after
Return Timer expires. The modier returns to the 100% level when the T4 – Modier
Completely Off after T3 Timer expires. See Figure 60 on page 110.
