The Cold Load Pickup modier increases the Minimum Trip/Low Current Cutoff
values of the Time Overcurrent elements in the active prole conguration when
power is rst restored after an extended outage. The modier values start ramping up
from 100% when the outage duration exceeds the T1 – Start Applying Modier after
Outage Timer. The ramp-up reaches maximum value at the end of the T2 – Ramp to
Full Modier Value after T1 Timer. When power is restored and all poles are closed,
the modier begins ramping down when the T3 – Start Ramping Modier Down after
Return Timer expires. The modier returns to the 100% level when the T4 – Modier
Completely Off after T3 Timer expires. See Figure 60 on page 110.
