11. Troubleshooting
No fuse or fuse is blown out
Open the fuse box lid and
replace fuse.
GP-IB communication is
not possible
GP-IB address is not set correctly
Set GPIB address correctly.
(see section 5.2 and 5.5.1)
Cable is not connected properly.
Check the connection of the
cable. (see section 5.2)
All LEDs continue to light
even after 30 seconds
have passed since the
power was turned on.
When any commands are sent to the
product during initialization
Please restart the product.
Mainframe (MPM-210H) and module
(MPM-211/212/213/215) firmware
version mismatch
If after checking the above list, and the device is still not operating correctly, please contact
