MPM-210H OPERATION MANUAL
44 / 59
between internal Tasks to communicate information.
"uPP Comm. Header Error"
This occurs when the Headers of the Packet which is used to send and receive data
between the mainframe and the module are different.
"uPP Comm. Rsp No"
This occurs when the mainframe sends data information to the module but does not
receive a response
"uPP Comm. Module Mismatched”
This occurs when the mainframe receives information from the other modules than
the module that sent data information to.
"TCPIP Comm. Error"
This occurs when all data to be transferred is not sent in TCP/IP communication.
"GPIB Tx not completed"
This occurs when no event is delivered to the internal GPIB Task used for GPIB
communication.
"GPIB Tx Timer Expired"
This occurs when all data to be transferred is not sent in GPIB communication.
"MC Trig. Error"
This occurs when the mainframe does not receive a measurement completion signal
(H/W signal) from the module after the measurement command was delivered to
the module.
"not exist SEM"
This occurs when unregistered message is delivered between internal tasks.
5.5.6 A method for wavelength compensation
The MPM-210H has wavelength calibration values of each port. Number of
calibrated wavelength is 20. (From 1250nm to 1630nm with 20nm space).
Wavelength between each calibrated wavelength is calculated using 1’st Order
linear interpolation. You can check calibrated wavelength with “CWAV?”
command. Calibrated values of 20 wavelengths can be checked also with
“CWAVPO?” command.
Calibration Wavelength: 1250, 1270, ~, 1630 nm
Interval: 20nm
Calibration Optical power Offset Unit: dB
1 Order Linear Interpolation
y = (y1-y0)/(x1-x0)*(x-x0) + y0
x: wavelength, y: optical power offset
Run measurement with fixed wavelength in FREERUN measurement mode.
