Similar to the outputs 1&2 configuration parameter, see previous paragraph (replacing all references to output 1 by
output 3 and all references to output 2 by output 4).
13.2.7 Weight quantity per pulse on logical output
When a logical output is assigned to external totalizer, a pulse is generated every time the totalization increases a
multiple of a weight quantity per pulse on logical output. The maximum pulse frequency is 10 Hz and pulse duration
is fixed at 50ms. The output pulse is not rounded (i.e. the pulse is issued only once weight quantity per pulse on
logical output is strictly exceeded).
