PROBLEMS CAUSE COUNTERMEASURES
With power switch ON, no
activation.
Power is not supplied. Insert the power plug all the way into
the outlet.
Power supply/voltage is not correct. Provide correct power supply voltage.
The circuit protector functioned due to
the momentary overload.
After the cause of the overload has
been eliminated, restore the circuit
protector.
[See below (P. 62).]
The main power switch or the sub
power switch is turned OFF.
Ensure the main power switch and the
sub power switch are turned ON.
There is no sound. Volume not properly adjusted. Adjust the sound volume and the upper
speaker volume.

Board, amplier and speaker
malfunctioning.
Contact the ofce listed in this manual
or the point-of-purchase for this
product.
Settings are incorrect. Set the advertising mode (waiting for
players) sound output to something
other than "OFF."

Sound is emitted but no
image appears on the
monitor (completely
black).
Monitor malfunctioning. Replace the monitor.

Screen colors and/or
brightness are strange.
Screen adjustments are inappropriate. Adjust settings as appropriate.

Control panel button

unsatisfactory.
The switch at the base of the button is
faulty.
Replace the button.

Touch slider unresponsive. Touch slider malfunctioning. Replace the touch slider.

Touch slider does not slide
effectively.
Slider lm abrasion. Replace the slider lm.

Touch-type card reader
failure.
Using invalid card or mobile phone that
is not compatible with Osaifu-keitai.
Use valid Aime card or mobile phone
that is compatible with Osaifu-keitai.

There is a problem with
coin insertion.
Connector connection is faulty. Check connector connections.

Billboard lamp or side
lamp L/R does not light up.
LED board is damaged. Contact the ofce listed in this manual

The screen is stuck on the
setup screen and will not
progress to the advertising
screen.

is unsatisfactory.
Dirt on the screen. Cleaning the screen.
