1. Grasp the slide spring knob and remove the slide
spring from the shift bracket.
2. Remove the slide spring from the spring bracket.
3. Attach a new slide spring.
4. Repeat the above procedure on the opposite side and replace.
Remove slide spring from spring bracket.
