• Before performing work, be sure to turn the power off and unplug the electrical
cord from the outlet. Performing the work without turning the power off can
cause an electric shock or short circuit.
• Be careful not to damage the wires. Damaged wires may cause an electric
shock, short circuit or present a risk of fire.
• When securing plastic components, be careful not to tighten screws or nuts
exces
sively. This may cause damage to the components. Fragments may also cause
injury.
• Before starting to manipulate the arm mechanism, cut off the power supply durng
customer-standby status. Otherwise there could be malfunctions or damage.
13-1 ARM REPLACEMENT
To replace to arm L, enlarge the prize drop-out slot. (See Section 8)
For the following procedures, an M3 slotted screwdriver is required.
1. Cut off the power supply in customer-standby status.
2. Use the operator’s key to open the glass door.
3. Move the UFO mechanism to a location where it will be easy to work. Place hand as shown in the photo and
move the mechanism. Do not move holding other parts as you may get your fingers caught and be injured. Also,
the mechanism itself may become damaged.

4. Loosen the two screw shafts on the back of the UFO
mechanism.
