4.2.4.1 Alignment
Menu: GM32/Adjustment/Alignment
This menu serves to align the optics system.
The L adjustment of the device flange is used for optical alignment.
1 “Start alignment”
Measuring operation is suspended during alignment.
Tolerances:
X: ±0.05
Y: ±0.05
2 Click “Measuring” after completing alignment.
