• A metrology identification label must also be attached.
• The metrology marking – M18 for the year 2018 in the above figure – must be
indicated in accordance with Article 21 of the MID.
• Additionally, the CE marking and the number of the notified body – 0102 for PTB
in the above figure – must be indicated.
• After successful commissioning and conformity assessment, the type label of the
SIM2000 system controller must be affixed to the metrology information label.
NOTE! The nature of the metrology information label must be such that its removal
will result in the destruction of the label itself or of a security seal.
