Checking in a guest
When a new guest arrives, you enter his or her
name, preferred language, and room number.
1.
Press the key. LED illuminates. Look at the display.
2.
Enter the guest’s name on the alphanumeric key-
pad (max. of 17 characters).
3.
Confirm the name
4.
Select the required language and confirm.
or
Press the letter for the language required.
