Changing guest’s data
You can alter a guest’s name and his or her pre-
ferred language. This also applies to guests who
have checked in as part of a group.
Changing guest’s name
1.
Press the key.
2.
Press the keys showing the required room num-
bers
(The room number can also be input using the key-
pad and confirmed by pressing the "Yes" key.)
3.
Scroll until "Change data?" and confirm.
4.
Scroll until "Change name?" and confirm.
5.
Change the guest’s name on the alphanumeric
keypad (max.of 17 characters).
6.
Confirm name.
